These terms explain what you can expect from Type Kingdom ("we", "us") and what we expect from you when you use our site, take the free Personality Snapshot, or purchase The Deeper You. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
Type Kingdom provides a free personality and self-reflection experience, including the Personality Snapshot and Behavioural Style journey, and an optional paid digital report, The Deeper You, priced at US$29 as a one-time purchase. Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
Not professional advice
Type Kingdom's assessments are for self-reflection and personal insight. They are not clinical, medical, psychological or hiring advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for a hiring, medical or legal decision.
Trademarks and third-party references
Type Kingdom is an independent personality and self-reflection experience.
References to third-party theories, frameworks, names, or trademarks that may appear in educational or historical content are provided for informational and identification purposes only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership.
All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Who can use Type Kingdom
Type Kingdom is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use Type Kingdom only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Purchases and payment
The Deeper You is purchased through Stripe, our payment processor. You agree to provide accurate contact and identity details used to deliver and support your report and related communication. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Your license to use The Deeper You
When you purchase The Deeper You, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to view, download and print your own report for your own personal use. You may not resell, publicly distribute or use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Ownership
The Type Kingdom name, the Guardian characters and artwork, the site design, and the content of your report remain the property of Type Kingdom. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you beyond the personal license described above.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape or systematically extract content from the site.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or interfere with the site or our systems.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate another person.
No account or password required
Type Kingdom does not require you to create a password-based account to take the free assessment. When you complete the free 30-question Personality Snapshot, we require your first name, last name and email address before revealing your Guardian result so we can save and support your Type Kingdom journey. At that stage, the individual free-answer choices remain in your browser, while we may store your contact details and the derived result described in our Privacy Policy.
The result form may also offer a separate optional marketing choice. You do not need to agree to promotional email in order to reveal your free result. If you choose to receive marketing, you can unsubscribe later.
If you continue into Behavioural Style or begin purchasing The Deeper You, additional assessment, order and fulfilment information may be sent to our servers so we can save your progress, independently verify the result where required, process the purchase and build or deliver your guide. What we collect, keep and use is explained in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Type Kingdom is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that your results will meet every expectation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Type Kingdom's total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Type Kingdom after a change means you accept the updated terms where permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy for related information.
